Tom Bergeron
Tom is a 20+ year veteran of the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries. He has a well rounded background in business development, product management, and sales of leading AEC products.
Tom was one of the original team members of Softdesk, a leading developer of AutoCAD products, and sold Softdesk products throughout the United States. As the US market matured, Tom focused on the international markets and managing the sales channel for Asia Pacific. During his tenure with the company, Softdesk grew from a start-up to a public company, before being acquired by Autodesk, Inc. Following the acquisition, Tom continued with Autodesk as Project Manager for the original release of the AutoCAD Land Development Desktop.
As Director of Product Management for efavorites, Inc., Tom was responsible for product strategy of one of the first e-commerce ASP applications. Tom returned to the Transportation market as Director of Sales for Infrasoft North America in 2001. Infrasoft was acquired by Bentley Systems in 2003 and Tom spent four years as a Senior Account Manager working with various North American Departments of Transportation and major architectural and engineering firms prior to joining Envista. Tom holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
