With Envista Street Events solution, you can coordinate and communicate responses to all types of municipal special events including parades, road races, and festivals. Envista automatically maps event locations as well as related impacts such as detours, parking restrictions, variable message signs, traffic officers, and more.


Envista enables municipalities to plan and coordinate events and their related traffic impacts across a wide range of departments. Users of the Envista service are municipal departments involved in all aspects of the planning, permitting, logistics, traffic, public information, and safety issues relating to events. In addition, entities involved in the maintenance and repair of streets and utilities may be users of the Street Events solution.
Users can also import street construction and maintenance projects to geo-locate them on the map and see them in relation to planned events. The application automatically checks for conflicts with planned events and related impacts to avoid routing traffic through construction areas. The solution can be customized to ensure that every possible conflict is flagged and each designated stakeholder notified in real time, in the field if necessary.

In addition, Envista enables a municipality to publish event information to a public website if desired. Users can select the data appropriate for public viewing and determine the frequency of updates.
