Project Coordination

Envista’s Project Coordination solution enables municipalities, utilities, higher education, and government agencies to share construction and maintenance projects and schedules via the online Envista map.  Envista Project Coordination automatically identifies conflicting construction and maintenance projects in the ROW and enables real time communication between organizations to resolve conflicts.

Envista Project Coordination maintains all contact information for projects displayed on the map. By clicking a project icon on the map, you can automatically email the contact person from the Envista application. The email includes all project details, including an embedded map of the location. You have up-to-date information as soon as any project data changes. You can even put a "watch" status on a project and be notified of a change by email when you are not logged into Envista.

However, resolving project conflicts is just the beginning of how Envista Project Coordination combines location and timing information. After a paving project is completed, Envista Project Coordination can automatically tag a street where new excavation is controlled so you can view which streets are guaranteed and for what period. Similarly, you can view which areas have future paving planned to enable stakeholders to plan and complete their projects before final paving takes place.

Drawing tools enable Envista users to add projects by simply drawing them on a map.  You can add a single point, multiple points, a line or an area.  Envista enables all types of users to map projects.
