Permit Workflow Mgmt
Envista Permit Workflow Management provides an advanced set of tools to model the workflow associated with permit applications for infrastructure projects, street events, street incidents, and more—all managed through the Envista map-based environment. You can track, route, and approve workflows by creating attributes, conditions, and/or rules. You can also attach documents, manage permits and inspections, and link permits with associated projects—all in one place.
To set up a permit management workflow, for example, simply define the attributes and lifecycle stages you require and Envista will create them for you (there is no limit on number of custom attributes available to you). Lifecycles stages can include Submitted, In Review, Approved, and Rejected. After the initial set up of your workflow is complete, permits are routed automatically as they are submitted to different groups in your organization.
You can also assign review tasks to one or more users. As tasks are completed, the permit is automatically routed from one lifecycle stage to the next. Following approval, permit inspections can also be managed in Envista by automatically sending Tasks to the inspectors who can then add inspection results to the permit.
The permit process is visible in all stages to all parties involved, allowing you to track the efficiency of your permitting workflow process.
