| Rick Fiery - Chief Executive Officer Before co-founding Envista, CEO Rick Fiery was Vice President of Global Finance for Bentley Systems, Incorporated, an international software development and distribution company with revenues of $400 million and 2,400 employees. He managed the worldwide finance team and was responsible for global accounting policies, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting. Prior to his tenure with Bentley, Fiery was the founder and CEO of Infrasoft Corporation. He founded Infrasoft in 1994 by purchasing the distribution rights to the MOSS software package from Auto-trol Technology. In 1996, Infrasoft acquired MOSS Systems, Ltd., a multinational company based in the UK with 100+ employees. Infrasoft grew to $14 million in revenues from more than 30 countries until it was sold to Bentley Systems in 2003. Fiery holds a BS and ME degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia, as well as an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. |

Marc Fagan - Executive Vice President - Product Management Fagan is an industry leader in software and data modeling methods for asset management. He co-founded LEA Group's asset management software business which was acquired by Vanderweil Engineers and later became Vanderweil Facility Advisors. At Vanderweil Facility Advisors (VFA), Fagan led the company as President. Prior to founding Envista, Fagan was Director of New Initiatives at Reed Elsevier (Reed Business Information) where he oversaw product planning and strategic alliances for the construction products division. He has 15 year’s experience developing lifecycle analysis, cost estimating, bid management, and data interoperability products for the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Fagan is a registered Architect and maintains an active role in the American Institute of Architects in the Advisory Group Committee for Facility Management, and serves an Operations & Space Maintenance Subcommittee Member at the National Institute of Building Sciences. Brad Steer - Senior Vice President - SalesSteer is a 20+ year veteran of the Software as a Service (SaaS), High Technology, Digital Mapping and Telecom/Wireless industries. He has been instrumental in building world class Sales, Business Development, and Global Alliance organizations for companies such as TeleAtlas, Sprint/Nextel, and Vocus.Most recently, Brad was the Vice President of Public Safety Services/Sales for Rave Mobile Safety. Prior to that, Steer ran the North American Sales organization as Senior Vice President of Sales for TeleAtlas. At TeleAlas, he was instrumental in driving impressive growth in 2007 and 2008, culminating in a $4.5 billion acquisition by TomTom, the world's leading navigation solutions provider. Steer also spent 10+years at Sprint/Nextel and had a long track record of success in various positions across the US. In addition, he served on the Massachusetts March of Dimes Board of Directors from 2003-2006 and was WalkAmerica Boston Chair for 2 years, helping to more than double donations to that charitable event. | Tom Bergeron – Vice President - Business Development
Tom Bergeron is a 20+ year veteran of the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries. Bergeron was one of the original team members of Softdesk, a leading developer of AutoCAD products, and sold Softdesk products throughout the United States before being acquired by Autodesk, Inc. Bergeron continued with Autodesk as Project Manager for the original release of the AutoCAD Land Development Desktop. He served as Director of Sales for Infrasoft North America, then spent four years as a Senior Account Manager at Bentley Systems working with various North American Departments of Transportation and major architectural and engineering firms prior to joining Envista. Martha Bednarz - Director of Marketing Martha Bednarz has spent over two decades successfully marketing technology innovations. For 15 years, she was Principal of ONYX Communications, a marketing communications agency serving high technology clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, Lotus, and IBM. Joining Infrasoft as Marketing Communications Manager, she helped launch the first web-based collaborative engineering solution for this multinational software company. At Bentley Systems, Bednarz managed worldwide marketing communications as Corporate Marketing Manager for Bentley’s Civil Engineering software business. Before joining Envista, Bednarz was the Corporate Programs Manager for the world-renowned Boston Symphony Orchestra. |
