Attachment Management

Attachment Management enables you to upload and associate a wide range of documents with Envista Enterprise ROW solutions, including Project Coordination, Special Events, Street Incidents, and Permit Workflow Management. Supported document types include:

•       Adobe PDF

•       Microsoft Office file types including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

•       Text

•       Images

•       AutoDesk AutoCAD and Bentley MicroStation drawings

You can attach documents in these formats to any project, event, incident, or permit, as well as specific tasks. Attached documents can be downloaded with version control through a check-in and check-out process. All types of documents can be previewed in a browser-based, universal viewer. No additional plug-ins or special programs are required for viewing.
